🌱 Program & IT Coordinator
Roots & Reach Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting sustainable development through education, skill enhancement, biodiversity conservation, and livelihood support.
About the Role
The Program & IT Coordinator will play a central role in managing digital operations, coordinating training programs, and supporting the overall administrative and outreach functions of the Foundation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of the Foundation's online and offline training programs
- Support website development, updates, and digital content management
- Manage registration links, class schedules, communication with trainers and students
- Handle data management, record keeping, and reporting for training and organizational activities
- Assist in social media communication, event coordination, and outreach campaigns
- Provide administrative and IT-related support for the Foundation's ongoing and upcoming projects
- Liaise with partners, trainers, and stakeholders for smooth program delivery
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, or related fields
- Strong digital and communication skills; experience with website management tools or learning platforms preferred
- Ability to multitask and coordinate diverse activities independently
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic graphic or content tools
- Experience or interest in NGO/development sector will be an advantage
Compensation: Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
